Questa pagina spiega quali dati raccolgo quando mi scrivi dal sito, perché e per quanto tempo. Vale ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR).
Chi tratta i tuoi dati

Quali dati
Solo quelli che mi mandi via email, di solito tramite il modulo “Raccontami il tuo suono”: nome, un contatto (email o telefono), lo strumento e la musica che fai, il suono che cerchi, dove suonerai, i tuoi riferimenti e le tempistiche, oltre all’indirizzo email da cui scrivi. Nessuno è obbligatorio tranne nome, contatto e la descrizione del suono, che mi servono per risponderti.
Perché e su che base
Uso i dati solo per rispondere alla tua richiesta e, se vuoi andare avanti, per progettare e costruire il tuo amplificatore. La base giuridica è l’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Non li uso per pubblicità e non li vendo a nessuno.
Per quanto tempo
Se non ne nasce un lavoro, cancello la richiesta entro 6 mesi da quando l’ho ricevuta. Se costruiamo l’ampli insieme, conservo i dati per il tempo necessario all’assistenza e per quanto richiesto dagli obblighi fiscali.
Chi altro li vede
Nessuno, a parte i servizi tecnici che fanno funzionare il sito, il modulo e la posta, e che trattano i dati per mio conto:
- Proton AG (Ginevra, Svizzera), che gestisce la mia casella email. Il modulo prepara un’email nel tuo programma di posta: quando la invii, arriva lì, come qualsiasi altro messaggio che mi scrivi. La Svizzera è riconosciuta dalla Commissione europea come paese con un livello di protezione dei dati adeguato (decisione 2000/518/CE), quindi il trasferimento non richiede garanzie aggiuntive.
- Contabo GmbH (Monaco di Baviera, Germania), che fornisce il server su cui gira il sito, situato in Francia. Il modulo non passa dal server: i dati che scrivi restano nel tuo browser finché non invii l’email.
Cookie e dati di navigazione
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul sito stesso, quindi la pagina non contatta servizi esterni come Google Fonts. Se scegli la lingua inglese, il browser ricorda la scelta in locale (localStorage): resta sul tuo dispositivo e non mi viene inviata.
Come ogni sito, il server registra alcuni dati tecnici delle visite (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser) per farlo funzionare e proteggerlo da abusi. Li conservo per 90 giorni e poi li cancello. La base giuridica è il mio legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedermi in qualsiasi momento di vedere i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l’uso, opporti al trattamento o riceverli in un formato portabile (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a fucinamessineo@pm.me. Se pensi che li stia trattando male, puoi fare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This page explains what data I collect when you write to me through the site, why, and for how long, under Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Italian version above is the reference text.
Who handles your data

What data
Only what you send me by email, usually through the “Tell me about your sound” form: your name, a contact (email or phone), your instrument and music, the sound you’re after, where you’ll play, your references and timing, plus the email address you write from. Only your name, contact and description of the sound are required, because I need them to reply.
Why, and on what basis
I use your data only to reply to your request and, if you want to go ahead, to design and build your amplifier. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I don’t use it for advertising and I don’t sell it.
For how long
If no work comes of it, I delete your request within 6 months of receiving it. If we build the amp together, I keep your details for as long as needed for after-sales support and as required by tax law.
Who else sees it
No one, apart from the technical services that run the site, the form and my email, which process the data on my behalf:
- Proton AG (Geneva, Switzerland), which runs my email inbox. The form prepares an email in your own email program; when you send it, it arrives there, like any other message you send me. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection (Decision 2000/518/EC), so no additional safeguards are needed for the transfer.
- Contabo GmbH (Munich, Germany), which provides the server the site runs on, located in France. The form doesn’t go through the server: what you type stays in your browser until you send the email.
Cookies and browsing data
The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The typefaces are hosted on the site itself, so the page doesn’t contact outside services such as Google Fonts. If you pick English, your browser remembers the choice locally (localStorage); it stays on your device and is never sent to me.
Like any website, the server logs some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep it running and protect it from abuse. I keep these for 90 days and then delete them. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to fucinamessineo@pm.me. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
